When will my order be shipped?
We only ship your treasures Monday to Wednesday to avoid the risk of your plant being left at the post office over the weekend.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping will occur after receipt of payment. Shipping within Germany usually takes 1-2 business days.
Within the EU it is usually 3-7 days.
How do you package your plants?
We package with great care and attention, using 100% recycled plastic packaging and cardboard.
Shipping is climate-neutral with DHL.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all member states of the European Union: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
We also ship to Switzerland.
Can I pick up my order?
You are welcome to pick up your order on site.
Please select the pickup option when ordering. We can then arrange a pickup time.
What can I do if a plant arrives damaged?
Please contact us at exotic-flowers@mail.de with your request and pictures. We will get back to you as soon as possible to work out a solution.
Shipping in winter?
In winter, the plants are packaged for winter storage. A 72-hour heat pack is included in the box. In the event of very low temperatures, shipping will be postponed; you will be notified in advance.
